Susanne Leone is one of the founders of Leone Zhgun, P.A. She is originally from Germany and is licensed to practice law in Germany and Florida.
Susanne Leone represents European business owners, investors, and corporations, particularly from the DACH region including Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, who are entering or expanding into the United States market. She assists with entity formation (including corporations and LLCs), contract drafting, corporate structuring, and ongoing legal advisory services tailored to international clients.
