Olga Shamina is a licensed attorney in the state of Florida and has over ten years of experience in the real estate industry. Before receiving her attorney's license, Olga worked as a real estate paralegal in South Florida for many years. Olga currently specializes in commercial and residential real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leases, and financing. Olga also represents lenders in preparing the necessary documents for issuing a loan, and is a licensed real estate agent.
