German-speaking lawyer Susanne Leone, based in Miami, Florida, has been helping companies from Germany, Austria, and Switzerland overcome these challenges for more than a decade.

She is a co-founder of the law firm Leone Zhgun, P.A. and specializes in US corporate and commercial law for clients from the DACH region. She has been licensed to practice law in Germany since 2014 and in Florida since 2017, allowing her to combine a deep understanding of both legal systems.
